Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as a top performing BDR/SDR, Account Executive, or similar sales role, and experience with sales tools including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Crunchbase. They should also have experience supporting a book of business for multiple Account Executives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, candidates must be U.S. citizens due to government contract requirements and possess a strong passion in matters of national security.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will generate qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team through both outbound and inbound channels, uncover prospective customer goals and challenges, collaborate and partner with Account Executives and cross-departmentally, continually refine and enhance processes based on feedback, meet and exceed sales performance benchmarks, and improve product, industry, and sales knowledge. They will also refine cold messaging and calling skills and support the deployment and scale of the Game Warden platform.
