Requirements

  • Solid and extensive (min. 6 years) commercial experience in sales (account management and/or solution sales) with responsibility for managing complex deals with customers
  • Experience in consulting, market research or healthcare industry (highly desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • Strong commitment to achieve and exceed assigned goals
  • Motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
  • Excellent negotiation and consulting selling skills
  • Proven expertise in account planning and accurate sales forecasting
  • Proven execution ability under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Understand key priorities of the client to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned account(s)
  • Act as advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues, trends, and IQVIA product, consulting, and service capabilities based on long-term client relationships
  • Anticipate clients’ needs and collaborate with IQVIA marketing, sales specialists, consulting, and client service to develop and present proposed solutions to complex business issues
  • Identify and lead the pursuit of targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities
  • Constantly monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and work with other teams to achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Mentor less experienced members of sales team on selling, account management, and negotiation skills
  • Proactively work with global and regional account management in the pursuit of multi-country opportunities
  • Manage key client accounts, build strong relationships, identify challenges or opportunities, and assist with these challenges
  • Grow revenue by leveraging full IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities
