Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant experience
Preferred: Any relevant IT Certification
1+ years of relevant or practical experience
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C++, and JavaScript
Database and SQL Server experience, including data analysis
Web development skills: HTML, CSS, and object-oriented programming
Experience with cloud computing
Experience developing, supporting, and maintaining technical solutions
Strong technical skills and understanding of software development

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for business applications, addressing user queries and resolving technical issues promptly
Diagnose and troubleshoot difficult application problems, working with users and functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions
Develop and implement application enhancements, bug fixes, and new features based on user requirements and business needs
Monitor application performance and system health, ensuring applications run efficiently and identifying potential issues before they impact users
Assist users with application-related questions and provide training and documentation to help them effectively use the applications
Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication
Work closely with development teams, IT, and other stakeholders to implement application updates, patches, and enhancements
Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, support procedures, development changes, and troubleshooting steps
Participate in change management processes, ensuring application changes are tested and deployed smoothly
Ensure applications comply with security policies and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary controls and safeguards
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance application support and efficiency
Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with the organization's vision, mission, and values and fall within scope of practice
