The role reports to the Sr. Director, Sales Operations & Analytics, supports Olo’s Sales Operations & Analytics team, oversees and manages Olo’s Salesforce Administrator, and works cross-functionally with functional leaders, technical teams, and various data groups.
A strong candidate has 5+ years in Revenue Enterprise Applications like Salesforce, experience self-managing projects in fast-paced environments, expertise in business process modeling, and a passion for system capabilities and supporting internal customers.
