Requirements

Background in Finance (advantageous)
Experience with Excel (Mandatory)
Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment setting
Other desired languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish (B2 Level)
Ability to pay close attention to detail
High degree of customer orientation
Good problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Member of the European Ship-To-Collect Team, supporting the European organization and largest customers in cash application, invoice disputes and collections
Completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards
Identify anomalies as they arise and use judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve
For complex issues, escalate to senior team members
