Requirements

  • Background in Finance (advantageous)
  • Experience with Excel (Mandatory)
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment setting
  • Other desired languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish (B2 Level)

  • High degree of customer orientation

Responsibilities

  • Member of the European Ship-To-Collect Team, supporting the European organization and largest customers in cash application, invoice disputes and collections
  • Completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards
  • Identify anomalies as they arise and use judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve
  • For complex issues, escalate to senior team members
