Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role
Experience working in Multifamily or Proptech space preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of and/or experience with QuickBooks Online
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload
Work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change

Responsibilities

Accountable for improving AR performance through concise AR Aging metrics
Identify and resolve customer issues related to slow pay or non-payment of invoices through proactive communication with clients and with internal teams
Develop and maintain a professional relationship with Rentable customers
Become proficient in understanding the company's AR-Collections life cycle, especially related to root cause analysis and AR aging prevention within a 3-month time frame
Record and document daily outreach calls/emails
Own and monitor the accounts receivable email inbox and respond to emails and voicemails promptly
Meet and exceed monthly AR collection goals
Balance portfolio performance with supporting occasional projects and ad hoc reporting requests
