Requirements

The Accounts Receivable Analyst must possess excellent communication and negotiating skills, strong analytical skills, and advanced organizational and presentation abilities. Experience in reviewing and analyzing over 1250 dealer customer AR accounts is required.

Responsibilities

The AR Analyst is responsible for managing Accounts Receivable balances, establishing and maintaining communication with customer departments to resolve payment status issues, and proactively identifying and quantifying credit risk. Duties include making collection inquiries via phone, email, and fax, researching and correcting billing discrepancies, processing cancellations, issuing credits, applying misapplied payments, writing off debt, communicating with customers and sales teams, documenting all contacts, and meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly collection goals.
