Candidates should possess proficiency in Tableau, 1-3+ years of experience working with diverse data sources across multiple channels to produce insights, an understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into technical requirements and solutions, data visualizations for different stakeholder levels, and knowledge of digital activation and the levers a digital marketer may pull to influence marketing outcomes. Experience maintaining an organised and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities combined with a careful approach to process, and experience with digital media buying platforms in programmatic, display, video, search, and social channels are also required.
The Investment Analytics Executive will clarify goals and timings to define dashboard solutions, cover data sources, data collection, schema, and visual design; work with the Sales & Partnerships team and other capabilities to present the benefits of Tableau and other BI tools; define a measurement framework reflective of account strategies by identifying proper data sources and KPIs aligned to business goals and illustrate campaign effectiveness; plan measurement proposals to evaluate and refine activity, including test and learn, conversion lift studies, and deeper analysis.
