In the first 3 months, success involves gaining familiarity with Arcadia’s data model and processes, learning reporting tools like Redshift, QuickSight, and DBT, understanding client needs, and onboarding with teammates.
You will assist in developing complex SQL data models, support delivery of customer-facing dashboards and reports, and deeply support customers’ use of analytics products including query- and dashboard-building platforms.
The ideal candidate loves data, relies on data analysis, metrics, and visualizations to make decisions, and is passionate about improving healthcare delivery while sharing expertise in healthcare and business intelligence.
