Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare analytics, including analyzing healthcare data and experience with project planning and timeline management on complex analytic projects. Proficiency in querying and manipulating relational databases with SQL and experience with a business intelligence dashboarding tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI are required. A passion for documentation, hands-on client support, and the ability to translate client objectives into deliverables are also essential. Experience working with government agencies, behavioral healthcare providers, health plans, coaching on technical tools virtually, and knowledge of healthcare quality measure specifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Analyst will assist in the development of complex SQL data models for Behavioral Health performance monitoring and Risk Stratification algorithms. They will support the delivery of customer-facing dashboards, reports, and presentations, translating complex information into concise visuals and written insights. The role involves deeply supporting customers' use of Arcadia's analytics products, providing hand-holding and co-development of code and content. Collaboration with Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists across teams is expected.
