Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in Martech and data analysis, ideally within marketing, customer operations, supply chain, or retail analytics, is required. Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and dashboarding tools like Lightdash or Redash is essential, along with familiarity with MarTech platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, and BI tools. A strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and campaign analysis, coupled with experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps, is necessary. Knowledge of data quality monitoring, governance, and compliance regulations such as GDPR, TCPA, and CCPA is also required, as are strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
The Marketing Data Analyst will design, validate, and own marketing metrics to support business decisions. They will perform ad hoc and deep-dive analyses using various platforms like Lightdash, Redash, AppsFlyer, Salesforce, Hubspot, Databricks, Excel, Adobe Analytics, and Data Warehouses. Key responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy and trust across systems, creating dynamic dashboards and recurring reports, and utilizing SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. The role involves partnering with CRM, data, analytics, and DevOps teams to build a cohesive digital ecosystem, defining and executing a marketing technology roadmap, and ensuring compliance with global privacy and governance standards. Additionally, the analyst will pioneer AI/ML-powered personalization, orchestration, and optimization, and lead pilots to test and scale new innovations.
