Requirements

Responsibilities

The Instructional Designer & Onboarding Specialist will design and deliver role-based onboarding programs using blended learning methods, maintain content in the LMS, and monitor learner progression. They will create instructional materials using AI-assisted tools, conduct needs analysis, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy. Responsibilities also include measuring onboarding effectiveness, documenting and updating learning journeys quarterly, and using gamification techniques to promote learner engagement.
