Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with assigned retailers, promoting customer-first principles
  • Develop dunnhumby work plans for retailers to recognize value, satisfaction, and ROI, including up-sell and contract renewal
  • Achieve performance goals with retailers
  • Manage P&L and drive collaboration between Retailer and Supplier/CPG to increase customer understanding and mutual growth
  • Lead a team including the Retailer and/or Shopper Insight's Retail partner Lead, managing the reporting line
  • Identify and build relationships with Retail Partners; expand dunnhumby contacts along the Retail Partner value chain and promote customer-first principles
  • Build and disseminate deep knowledge of Retail Partners and their strategies to the team
  • Collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
  • Establish effective governance, ensure priority planning, and two-way feedback
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional dunnhumby features and drive the sales process through to contract
  • Maximize Retail Partner value by driving collaboration across the dunnhumby team for a consistent, integrated Retail Partner plan
  • Support product development by sharing Retail Partner needs and user stories
  • Regularly measure and review ROI and value generated with retailers, including Retail Partner impact studies
