Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Health Insurance License and be available to work any shift between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, including weekends, with the ability to work overtime during peak sales periods. Proven telesales or high-volume customer service experience is necessary, along with strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Applicants should be resilient, self-motivated, proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and have a professional, quiet, distraction-free home office setup. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Telesales Agent will engage prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell health plan products. Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, closing sales, arranging for field representative visits if sales are not closed, and originating calls from leads. Agents will conduct needs assessments, overcome objections, accurately document interactions in CRM, meet performance metrics and sales targets, follow up on leads, and identify new sales opportunities. They will also support cross-functional collaboration and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
