Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and computer proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential. Applicants must be able to speak and hear on a phone headset for up to 8 hours daily, have a high-speed internet connection, and be at least 21 years of age.
The Inside Sales Representative will contact small and medium-sized businesses via phone to present Angi's value proposition and product offerings, making up to 200 calls daily to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include overcoming objections, negotiating solutions, building trust with service providers, and coaching them on customer engagement. The role also involves researching service providers, guiding them through the background check process, and meeting or exceeding bi-weekly contract value sales targets.
