Angi® is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join their team. The role involves working with small and medium-sized businesses to expand Angi's network of service providers by selling leads (homeowners looking for services). This position offers a dynamic sales environment with a focus on helping businesses succeed and career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to service providers via phone (nationwide) to present Angi’s value proposition and product offerings.
  • Make up to 200 dials per day to build momentum and achieve sales goals.
  • Overcome objections, negotiate solutions, and build trust with service providers to understand their needs.
  • Coach service providers on effectively building long-term relationships with homeowners.
  • Research service providers using internal notes, company websites, and public information.
  • Guide service providers through the background check authorization and approval process.
  • Meet and exceed required sales targets, responsible for contract value sold bi-weekly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in sales, especially inside sales, is a plus.
  • Strong motivation to exceed sales goals and a desire to be the best.
  • Excellent communication skills, including building rapport, active listening, and confident delivery.
  • Desire to contribute to the company's bottom line and a willingness to seek feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Strong initiative to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information.
  • Ability to hear and talk on a phone headset for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Proven computer aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Individual Hardline High-speed internet connection required.
  • Must be able to provide proof of being at least 21 years of age.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Base Salary: $36,000 per year
  • Commission: Uncapped commission
  • Average Annual Earnings: $70,000 - $80,000
  • Top Earner Potential: Top 10% earn $150,000+ annually
