Candidates must reside in the US or Canada and possess at least 3 years of sales development or lead qualification experience with a proven track record in high-volume outbound roles. A strong interest in AI technology, proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT, a data-driven and results-oriented mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and an entrepreneurial and adaptable attitude are required. Experience in enterprise sales development, lead qualification, and multi-channel outbound campaigns is also necessary.
The Growth Marketing Engineer will manage the incoming lead queue, ensuring qualified leads are acted upon quickly and routed effectively. They will proactively engage prospects using AI tools to maintain an active pipeline and ensure timely follow-up, creating consistent opportunities for the sales team. This role involves partnering with the Head of AIOps to manage, optimize, and expand the AI SDR stack for scalable AI-first prospecting. Responsibilities also include following up with Marketing Qualified Leads, qualifying meetings, driving Sales Qualified Opportunities, and designing and running AI-first campaigns in collaboration with Marketing. The engineer will work with Sales and Marketing leaders on go-to-market strategy, align messaging and outbound execution, build and project a personal brand as a next-generation SDR leveraging AI, track and measure outcomes, optimize workflows, and stay current with emerging AI tools and approaches.
