Requirements

Candidates should have MM/Enterprise Segment exposure and proven ability to manage a large customer set. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience selling SAAS solutions preferred, is required. Proven track record leading a matrixed organization to sell SAAS solutions and the ability to expand influence on multiple stakeholders in the customer environment are also necessary. The ability to forge and maintain strong business relationships from IT to the C-suite is essential.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative will develop and manage relationships with large customers, building strong connections with managers and decision-makers to expand business relationships beyond IT and Procurement into the C-Suite. They will drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, aiming to achieve Net ARR from allocated customers for various Digital Media solutions. Responsibilities include managing the opportunity pipeline, providing accurate updates to management, understanding customer business needs and pain points, offering solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships. This role involves researching customer contracts and purchasing history, devising customized connect strategies, identifying segments with high propensity for Adobe’s solutions, and planning customer outreach. The representative will perform outbound prospecting to existing customers, engage clients daily via Teams/Video calls for account reviews, understand strategic goals, challenges, and pain points, and propose tailored solutions. They will develop and execute strategic account plans, lead negotiations and pricing discussions, serve as a trusted advisor ensuring successful product deployment, and address issues promptly. Collaboration with Solution Specialists to maximize the footprint of Adobe Solution streams and acting as the voice of the client within the organization are also key responsibilities.
