  • College or University graduate
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing with a record of demonstrated achievements and leadership
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

  • Execute the End User Brand Marketing Strategy
  • Form strategic partnerships with professional End Users to deliver jobsite solutions, world class customer service and product innovation
  • Cold call on industrial, commercial and institutional construction sites
  • Call on construction company head offices
  • Plan jobsite events
  • Conduct safety training seminars for tool and accessory brands
  • Provide customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to end users as the main point of contact in the field
  • Visit a variety of end user job sites and tool cribs in assigned region
  • Assist Sales Team at distribution sales events; develop new contacts and close sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with End Users and internal Sales Force
  • Coordinate and manage top customer purchasing
  • Support distribution network as it pertains to large user needs
  • Develop new business within assigned region
