Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of brand strategy aligned with business objectives and key markets
  • Define Lindus Health brand identity and positioning, ensuring alignment with company values to differentiate and appeal to a scientific audience
  • Enforce brand guidelines, positioning, messaging, and best practices across the company (e.g., website, decks, content)
  • Manage brand campaigns in collaboration with growth and digital marketing teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and business teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives
  • Own the creation of the content plan and calendar across Lindus Health
  • Develop and oversee drafts of engaging and informative content independently, and review content on behalf of Lindus
  • Work with the PR firm on content that aligns with the brand strategy
  • Manage the annual calendar of events and conferences, including recommending and securing scopes of engagement, and lead event targeting strategy
  • Ensure brand guidelines are clear, communicated, and adhered to across the business
