Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field, and two years’ previous experience in a clinical setting is desired. Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management are required, along with an understanding of project management fundamentals and demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Specialist will coordinate and run training sessions, deliver customer-facing documentation including training curriculum, assist the project manager with project plan development, provide training summaries and lessons learned reports, conduct site assessments, participate in go-live and post launch support activities, proactively identify areas of opportunity for process improvement, solicit and report product improvement feedback, generate engagement during client interactions, serve as a liaison to clients for system requests/issues/problems, assist the upgrade team to ensure device upgrades are implemented efficiently, and build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction to drive future site reference ability.
