Afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de richting van ICT, Systeembeheer of vergelijkbaar
Microsoft AZ-104 en AZ-800 gecertificeerd is een pre
Minimaal 2–3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
Ervaring met Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint en Exchange (online en/of on-premise)
Kennis van netwerkinfrastructuren (LAN/WAN, VPN, routers/switches, firewalls)
Ervaring met het beheren van Windows-omgevingen (servers en werkplekken)
Ervaring met end point beheer (bijv. Intune, Autopilot) is een pre
Bekendheid met ITIL-processen is een pluspunt
Goede kennis van Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies
Ervaring met virtualisatie (bijvoorbeeld Hyper-V of VMware)
Kennis van back-up- en recovery-oplossingen
Ervaring met monitoringtools en securitymaatregelen (antivirus, MFA, etc.)
Kennis van Microsoft Azure, security, Microsoft Intune
Enthousiaste, zelfstandige werkhouding met snelle verantwoordelijkheid
Goede analytische vaardigheden voor het oplossen van IT-problemen

Responsibilities

Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor klanten met complexe, hybride IT-omgevingen, met nadruk op Azure-cloudoplossingen
Tijdig signaleren en oplossen van storingen in lokale en cloudsystemen
Opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van IT-omgevingen
Werkplekbeheer uitvoeren
Begeleiden van cloudmigratie projecten
Werken aan verbeteringen op basis van klantfeedback om IT-dienstverlening te verbeteren
Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties voor optimaal gebruik van Microsoft-omgevingen
Registreren en behandelen van IT-gerelateerde vragen via e-mail en telefoon in IT-support
Identificeren van verbeterpunten om herhaling van incidenten te voorkomen
Monitoren van klantomgevingen om continuïteit te waarborgen
