Responsibilities

  • Lead team of HR professionals to collaborate effectively with other Centers of Excellence and serve as thought leaders to the business and HR
  • Collaborate with management as a strategic advisor to identify and prioritize HR initiatives aligning with organizational strategic goals and objectives
  • Partner closely with facility leadership on strategic department culture and employee relations needs
  • Serve as trusted advisor providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits
  • Work with employees on all payrolls and shifts to provide direction on interpretation and application of employee-related policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring consistency
  • Lead strategic workforce planning focusing on skill identification, succession planning, and footprint management
  • Lead strategic HR projects related to culture, employee engagement, talent pipeline, and other key focus areas
  • Align HR policies and programs for the facility to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities, develop data-driven recommendations, and present to senior management
  • Work with global HR partners and process owners
  • Assist with hiring, training, and safety-related initiatives
