Candidates should have 10 or more years of experience in HR operations, with a preference for roles in fast-moving startups, manufacturing, or complex technical organizations. Strong skills in process design, data literacy, and HR technology, including HRIS, ATS, Jira, and Google Workspace, are essential. Experience supporting non-exempt workforces, shift scheduling, labor compliance, and digital HR transformation is preferred, as is exposure to international HR practices and distributed teams.
The HR Operations Manager will build and scale core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, and compliance. They will manage and optimize HRIS and reporting for data visibility, design performance review and career pathing frameworks, and lead the transition to integrated HR platforms and self-service systems. This role involves partnering with various departments to embed HR strategy into operations and contributing to special projects like recruiting, culture design, and compliance.
