Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of four analysts/specialists, including coaching, performance reviews, and fostering professional growth
  • Act as a "working manager" by personally executing complex data modeling, compensation analysis, and HRIS configuration/administration
  • Provide technical guidance, upskill the team, and cultivate a collaborative environment embodying "Think Team" and "Share the Knowledge" values
  • Design, implement, and administer global compensation programs (base pay, incentive plans, sales compensation) ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness across regions
  • Partner with executive leadership and Finance on strategic workforce planning, including long-range headcount forecasting, organizational design, and capacity planning
  • Direct team efforts and personally conduct complex workforce analytics to provide actionable insights on trends (e.g., attrition, talent gaps) and inform strategic talent decisions like compensation packages and talent calibration
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the COO, bridging financial strategy, business operations, and talent management
  • Drive alignment across senior leadership to ensure the right talent in the right place at the right time, optimizing scalable and compliant People processes through HR technology management
