Requirements

Responsibilities

Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter für einen definierten Bereich in personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
Komplette Bearbeitung aller personalrechtlichen Aufgaben – von der Vertrags- bis zur Zeugniserstellung unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher, tarifvertraglicher, betrieblicher und arbeitsvertraglicher Bestimmungen
Definieren von Entwicklungsmaßnahmen für ausgewählte Mitarbeiter, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich und der Personalentwicklung
Begleitung des Personalauswahlprozesses und von Vorstellungsgesprächen
Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten
Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
Steuerung des jährlichen Leistungsbeurteilungsprozesses
Begleitung von Transformations- und Veränderungsprozessen
Erstellung von Personalreports, Berichten und personalrelevanter KPIs sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Auswertungstools
