Responsibilities

  • Plan, document, execute, and close HR projects
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Collaborate with HR leadership, operational leaders, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Develop project charter, RACI, and measurement of project success
  • Facilitate conversations around resources needed and ensure targets are met
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts (e.g. Gant chart, RAID, RACI)
  • Prepare project plans and schedules
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and financial plans
  • Collaborate with the HR Budget and Analytics Team to measure project success
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in project meetings and discussions
  • Collaborate with vendors to select and negotiate contracts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR project management
