Ability to plan, document, execute, and close HR projects
Experience managing projects of varying size and complexity, from small single-team/department to large multi-departmental (including HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Clinical, Audit)
Proficiency in creating and maintaining project artifacts (charter, Gantt, RAID, RACI, status updates) per PMO standards
Eligible for hybrid/remote work in specified states (AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, KY, MD, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV)

Responsibilities

Utilize project management methodology to plan HR projects in collaboration with HR Leadership, Operational Leaders, vendors, and key stakeholders
Manage HR projects from concept to post-implementation, ensuring adherence to approved scope, plan, budget, and timeline
Work with project owners to create project charter, identify benefits, and define ROI quantification approach
Partner with HR Budget and Analytics Team to define quantitative and qualitative success measurements
Prepare work breakdown structure (WBS) to map project scope into manageable deliverables with stakeholders
Facilitate resource discussions for sub-projects to meet targets on time and within budget
Develop RACI responsibilities matrix and cascade information to team members
Facilitate vendor selection process, including identifying critical success factors and requests for information (RFI)
