Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
PMP certification
5+ years of experience in HR Project Management
Strong knowledge of HR project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
Experience with project planning, execution, and closure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a remote environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, MS Project)
Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance (e.g. EEO, FMLA, HIPAA)
Experience with vendor selection and negotiation
Strong understanding of business operations and HR functions
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and quality control

Responsibilities

Plan, document, execute, and close HR projects
Manage project scope, timeline, and budget
Collaborate with HR leadership, operational leaders, vendors, and stakeholders
Develop project charter, RACI, and measurement of project success
Facilitate conversations around resources needed and ensure targets are met
Develop and maintain project artifacts (e.g. Gant chart, RAID, RACI)
Prepare project plans and schedules
Identify and mitigate project risks
Develop and maintain project budgets and financial plans
Collaborate with the HR Budget and Analytics Team to measure project success
Develop and maintain project documentation and knowledge base
Participate in project meetings and discussions
Collaborate with vendors to select and negotiate contracts
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR project management
