Requirements

  • Experience utilizing current project management discipline/methodology
  • Ability to plan, document, execute, and close HR projects
  • Experience managing projects of varying size and complexity, from small single-team/department to large multi-departmental (including HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Clinical, Audit)
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining project artifacts (charter, Gantt, RAID, RACI, status updates) per PMO standards
  • Eligible for hybrid/remote work in specified states (AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, KY, MD, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV)

Responsibilities

  • Utilize project management methodology to plan HR projects in collaboration with HR Leadership, Operational Leaders, vendors, and key stakeholders
  • Manage HR projects from concept to post-implementation, ensuring adherence to approved scope, plan, budget, and timeline
  • Work with project owners to create project charter, identify benefits, and define ROI quantification approach
  • Partner with HR Budget and Analytics Team to define quantitative and qualitative success measurements
  • Prepare work breakdown structure (WBS) to map project scope into manageable deliverables with stakeholders
  • Facilitate resource discussions for sub-projects to meet targets on time and within budget
  • Develop RACI responsibilities matrix and cascade information to team members
  • Facilitate vendor selection process, including identifying critical success factors and requests for information (RFI)
