Requirements

  • 10+ years qualified attorney with significant post-qualification experience in employment and contract law
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Proven track record in a senior legal role, ideally within a large or complex organisation
  • Knowledge of US employment legislation, case law, and regulatory requirements
  • Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of employment and commercial contracts

  • Maintain accurate records of human resource and employment legal documentation and correspondence
