Responsibilities

  • Advise on HR policies, processes, and regional requirements; provide guidance on complex topics like sickness and parental leave, ensuring adherence to local laws
  • Support and manage cases related to performance management, employee relations, rewards, absence, probation, and others
  • Establish strategic partnerships with managers and drive people strategy elements
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching with managers on performance management and development; conduct or design training sessions/events
  • Support managers on performance management, talent management, succession, org design, data analytics, merit planning, compliance, communications, and workforce planning
  • Coach, advise, and support business leaders on people plans, talent needs, and employee relations
  • Execute performance management activities, talent planning, succession, assessments, and related processes with high quality and integrity
  • Use data to identify training needs, recommend solutions, and coordinate/deliver training
  • Lead design and implementation of local HR projects or programs
  • Maintain awareness of local employment laws, update policies, educate managers, and collaborate with HR and legal peers
  • Determine, create, and track relevant OKRs and KPIs throughout the year
  • Own and manage HR data
