Strong understanding of Middle East employment laws
Demonstrable experience in managing employee registrations and end-to-end work visa processing for both local and expatriate staff
Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
Handles sensitive information with utmost integrity and discretion
Natural organiser with an eagle eye for detail

Exceptional HR Operations skills (experience in a regional HR role highly desirable)

Responsibilities

Champion the entire employee lifecycle, including coordinating onboarding for new joiners and smooth off-boarding
Serve as the first point of contact for employees, providing timely support and managing all HR-related queries
Maintain immaculate employee records in the HRIS
Manage end-to-end visa application (via AXS) and renewal process
Play a key role in payroll and benefits administration for diverse teams across the region
Collaborate with departments like IT to set up new starters for success
Provide vital support to regional and global teams on various projects shaping people strategy
Report to the Regional HR Director and take ownership of HR tasks for the Middle East
