This role requires running a full-cycle sales process, including prospecting leads, booking discovery calls, conducting product demos, negotiating terms, and signing contracts. The Hospital Sales Executive will build business cases by understanding customer problems and articulating value propositions, establishing credibility with providers, testing sales motions, capturing prospect feedback, and developing sales strategies. They will also be responsible for creating, cultivating, and managing relationships with stakeholders, conducting in-person visits and attending conferences, and sourcing referrals and testimonials.
