Responsibilities

The Head of Sales will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. This role involves leading, inspiring, and mentoring a high-performing sales team to achieve targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients through technical and business conversations, leveraging product and technical knowledge to articulate the business proposition effectively, and owning the entire sales cycle from qualification to deal execution. The Head of Sales will collaborate with Solutions Engineers to ensure successful pilots and drive account expansion, recruit and develop the sales team, and lead efforts to refine the sales process using CRM and sales tools. Additionally, they will build and execute strategies for customer success and expansion, and collaborate with leadership on new use case development.
