This is a fully remote position available to candidates in the USA or Canada.
The role requires strategic thinking to build sales enablement roadmaps, expertise in sales processes and frameworks like MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and SPICED, experience analyzing sales calls with tools like Gong, and skills in coaching sales reps 1:1 and creating training programs.
You will support a 12-person Mid-Market and Enterprise sales team, reporting to the SVP of Sales and partnering with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
Strong candidates are strategic and hands-on professionals with experience elevating go-to-market teams through sales processes, demo effectiveness, training programs, sales call analysis, and 1:1 coaching.
