Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles, complex deals, and account-based strategies. Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot is essential, and experience with Gainsight, Gong, Clari, and similar GTM tech stack tools is highly advantageous. Strong attention to detail, a commitment to operational excellence, and excellent communication skills for translating data into actionable insights and collaborating across GTM teams are also required.

Responsibilities

The Head of Revenue Operations will own the RevOps Tech Stack, including evaluation, implementation, and optimization of tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and Gainsight, ensuring system integration and scalability. Responsibilities include driving data integrity and process automation for improved pipeline management and sales efficiency, managing territory, routing, and scoring frameworks to align coverage with market opportunities, and overseeing forecasting, pipeline tracking, and revenue reporting to provide visibility and identify operational bottlenecks. Additionally, the role involves delivering insights and reporting through dashboards and trend analysis to uncover growth opportunities and support GTM teams.
