Responsibilities

The Head of Operations will lead and optimize internal functions such as Finance, Legal, and Marketing, and oversee general operations. They will partner with the CEO and CTO to set business priorities, manage strategic planning, and drive cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, managing customer relationships, analyzing and improving organizational structure and processes, tracking revenue and growth drivers, and owning processes for OKR reviews, board meetings, and sprint planning.
