Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in leading demand generation and PLG initiatives. A strong background in scaling marketing efforts from early-stage inbound pipeline to enterprise and self-serve revenue growth is essential. Hands-on experience with PLG playbooks, including driving growth through usage-based models, onboarding flows, and conversion optimization, is required. Expertise in marketing tech stack such as CRM (Hubspot), MQL/PQL scoring, automation tools (Clay, Pipedream), and analytics dashboards is necessary. A strong analytical mindset with proven experience in data-driven funnel optimization and attribution modeling is crucial. Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building cross-functional teams and enabling SDR/BDR alignment are a must. Experience marketing fintech or verification solutions to financial institutions or lending verticals is preferred. Familiarity with compliance and income-verification regulations is a plus.
The Head of Marketing will lead all demand generation efforts, focusing on building and scaling always-on programs to ensure consistent buyer engagement and pipeline generation. They will design strategic campaigns to drive new demand spikes, unlock expansion, and open new customer segments. Key responsibilities include crafting multi-channel demand generation strategies (ABM, paid media, content, webinars, events, partnerships, email, SEO) to scale revenue pipelines. Driving self-serve onboarding, trial sign-ups, usage-based growth, and product-qualified leads conversion through PLG strategy and execution is also a core duty. Collaborating with Product Marketing to refine messaging and positioning, and aligning marketing with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success for optimized funnel flows are essential. The role involves monitoring critical KPIs, leveraging data for continuous iteration and scaling of marketing impact, and managing marketing budgets with forecasting and transparent reporting to executive leadership. Additionally, the Head of Marketing will build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
