  • Player-coach able to inspire and lead the Marketing function
  • Experience driving creative campaigns and collaborating with teams to elevate global presence
  • Ability to lead marketing for fast-growing product portfolio and positioning with B2C and B2B audiences to drive business growth
  • Skill in generating bold, creative ideas and executing ambitious campaigns that resonate at scale, shape narratives, and drive results
  • Capability to work cross-functionally with marketing team (including growth and local marketers) to align efforts and maximize success
  • Proficiency in sourcing and synthesizing user, product, and market insights to guide messaging, audience understanding, and priorities
  • Experience building and growing high-performing teams through coaching, collaboration, and clear direction
  • Ability to collaborate closely with founder and leadership team to shape and execute marketing plans

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing function to deliver on product portfolio and positioning with new B2C and B2B audiences, driving business growth
  • Generate bold, creative ideas and bring them to life through ambitious campaigns
  • Lead cross-functionally with marketing team to enable work, align efforts, and maximize success
  • Source and synthesize user, product, and market insights to guide messaging, audience understanding, and marketing priorities
  • Build and grow a high-performing marketing team through coaching, collaboration, and direction
  • Collaborate with leadership team to shape and execute marketing plans
  • Oversee Creative Studio: Lead in-house creative team to deliver high-quality, innovative assets across channels
  • Oversee Local Marketing: Develop and execute tailored strategies and build partnerships with local partners (e.g., brands, influencers)
  • Oversee Social Media: Manage strategy and execution to grow presence, engagement, and community
  • Oversee Influencer Marketing: Build and manage community of influencers and advocates
  • Oversee Brand Strategy & Marketing: Define and evolve brand strategy and implement initiatives
  • Oversee Public Relations: Lead efforts to secure media coverage and communicate vision and achievements
  • Oversee Product Marketing: Drive product marketing initiatives
