A proven track record of successfully leading 0→1 GTM strategies and scaled product launches across multiple customer segments is required. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and hands-on operator, comfortable setting vision and executing, thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, possesses strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and is data-driven and results-oriented with experience developing KPIs and frameworks.
The Head of Product and Brand Marketing will lead go-to-market initiatives for providers, patients, and payers, overseeing product marketing, brand marketing, and corporate communications. Responsibilities include building and leading a team of product marketers, brand strategists, and comms professionals, defining and owning the product marketing strategy, and crafting compelling messaging and positioning for target audiences. This role also involves owning product launches end-to-end, establishing and tracking KPIs to optimize strategies, and shaping and activating the Headway brand to build trust and recognition.
