Responsibilities

The Head of Growth Marketing will lead strategy and execution across paid and organic channels to build and scale programs that generate pipeline, driving creative campaigns and collaborating with marketing, sales, and sales development teams. This role involves campaign planning, channel strategy, vendor management, performance analysis, and system improvements for long-term growth. Responsibilities include supporting pipeline targets, building ABM programs, launching campaigns aligned with product launches and events, collaborating with SDRs for effective handoffs, and working with MOPs and RevOps to optimize funnel conversion and lead scoring.
