Requirements

Candidates must possess an MBA in marketing, business, or a related field, along with trading and/or investment experience. A minimum of 10 years of brand or marketing strategy leadership experience in trading, investing, B2C/D2C financial services, fintech, or a closely related regulated industry is required. The role also demands over 5 years of experience building and leading teams of 5 or more, experience with companies of 250+ employees, and a proven track record in high-velocity growth marketing environments. Familiarity with real-time marketing responses to financial market conditions, an analytical mindset driving measurable business outcomes, a propensity for innovation and experimentation, and experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools are essential. The ability to navigate matrix organizations and influence outcomes without direct authority is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Head of Growth Marketing will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive acquisition and retention, build competitive intelligence capabilities, and own the prioritization of customer segments, products, and personalization initiatives. They will develop promotional strategies, targeting, intelligence, and product positioning to eliminate market impact dilution, and partner with product teams to translate insights into market-winning positioning. This role involves driving rapid decision-making and execution by building influence networks, championing initiatives, and removing blockers. Responsibilities also include building business cases for strategic initiatives, securing resources, leading and developing the marketing strategy team, and navigating regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in financial services marketing.
