Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's from any major
  • 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, or B2B last mile in a managerial role
  • Candidates must come from logistics express, 3PL or aggregators from multinational or local company
  • Deep understanding of B2B products, FTL and LTL Shipping
  • Prior experience in leading a nationwide sales team
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication, strong business acumen, data driven, problem solving, innovative, creative, and a go-getter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa

Responsibilities

  • Diversification and success of Ninja Van's last mile interest away from last mile ecommerce volumes into diversified portfolios of Corporate Accounts and B2B channels
  • Creating strategic planning, budgeting & forecasting, department P&L management and related measures of Department success
  • Providing strategic direction and planning towards navigating Ninja van's interest into B2B last mile deliveries
  • Budget preparation, forecasting and controlling to ensure Opex & Capex are available
  • Responsible of Manpower Planning for Corporate Sales Department
  • Managing and ensuring team members’ performance is aligned to the company's target
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (local and regional stakeholders) to align and ensure sales process and operation goes well
