Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of startup or high-growth tech experience in business operations, strategy, product, or finance, or equivalent management consulting experience. Deep experience driving cross-functional data-driven decisions is required, along with a willingness to travel approximately 25%. A Bachelor's degree is necessary, and familiarity or passion for payments, e-commerce, or gaming is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Head of Business Operations will lead international expansion initiatives, including market evaluation, regulatory compliance, operational infrastructure, entity formation, and local partnerships. This role involves building operational processes by managing company metrics, creating dashboards, tracking OKRs, supporting financial planning, and developing workflows and documentation. The individual will execute strategic 0→1 initiatives such as vendor selection, risk and compliance strategy, pricing design, go-to-market initiatives, and new product strategy. Additionally, they will be responsible for hiring and scaling the operations team, creating onboarding playbooks, and owning the budgeting and financial management for operational initiatives.
