Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close new mammalian business opportunities by building strategic relationships with new and existing clients across the US
  • Drive visibility, revenue growth, and market share by implementing region-specific business development strategies
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales territory plan with a focus on meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  • Initiate proposals and communicate AGC Biologics’ capabilities effectively to decision-makers within target organizations
  • Coordinate and lead client site visits — manage agendas, engage cross-functional teams, facilitate key conversations, and follow up with strategies to address feedback or concerns
  • Maintain and manage pipeline activity through CRM systems — track leads, organize follow-up, and ensure visibility across the internal business development team
  • Partner closely with global and site-based teams across technical, legal, and financial functions to support due diligence and close deals effectively
  • Provide actionable market intelligence based on client interactions and industry trends to inform strategy and planning
  • Represent AGC Biologics at industry conferences, trade shows, and relevant business events
  • Consistently deliver high-quality opportunities aligned with company growth targets and leadership expectations
  • Lead the development of marketing strategies that support US business development efforts
