They should have demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering impactful learning programs, conducting capability assessments, and providing executive coaching. Experience working with senior leadership teams and a deep understanding of organizational strategy are also essential.
The Director, Talent Development will partner with senior leaders to define leadership capabilities and behaviors, design executive development roadmaps, diagnose capability gaps through assessments and coaching, and architect impactful learning experiences such as workshops, simulations, and roundtable forums. They will also oversee the end-to-end management of Gong’s executive development offerings, ensuring they align with business outcomes and contribute to a high-performance culture and global growth.
