Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in a SaaS environment, and at least 2 years of leadership experience as a coach, trainer, or in sales/business development onboarding. A proven track record of hiring, developing, and promoting Sales Development Representatives is required, along with demonstrated ability to design training programs and measure coaching impact/ROI. Proficiency with contemporary sales technology stack including Salesforce, GONG, Highspot, Mindtickle, Rise/Articulate, Outreach, Tableau, and Linkedin is necessary, as are strong presentation and data storytelling abilities, superior time management skills, and the ability to build consensus across teams. Instructional design experience, particularly in scalable, measurable, and impactful curriculum and course design, is also required.
The Manager, SDR Onboarding will design, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive onboarding curriculum for new Sales Development Representatives, leveraging Procore's certification program and "Know, Do, Prove" methodology. They will deliver engaging training on Procore products, sales methodologies, market positioning, prospecting techniques, and internal tools, while providing ongoing coaching and support to ramping SDRs. This role involves preparing SDRs to effectively sell value to their assigned segments, applying the "Know, Do, Prove Model" to create systematic progression, and partnering cross-functionally to innovate and optimize the ramping experience. Responsibilities also include managing and tracking early-stage certifications, readiness criteria, ramping targets, and performance/behavioral guidelines, as well as delivering performance analysis and presenting program metrics in business reviews with senior leadership.
