Requirements

6+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or solutions architecture, ideally with full-stack ownership in startup-like environments
Fluent in Python and JavaScript, with experience building full-stack applications from the ground up
Hands-on experience prototyping and deploying LLM-powered systems (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, vector databases)
Strong product mindset and enjoy shaping technical solutions with business impact in mind
Excel in working closely with users—internal or external—and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Bias toward action and comfortable owning problems end-to-end, from discovery through deployment

Responsibilities

Partner directly with GTM teams to understand technical and business needs, ideate on solutions, and lead implementation end-to-end
Build high-impact, LLM-powered tools and applications that improve customer outcomes and internal workflows
Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy production-grade systems, often in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
Serve as a technical thought partner, providing architectural guidance and domain-specific best practices to internal teams and external customers
Synthesize insights from field work into feedback for Product, Applied, and Research teams to influence product development and roadmap direction
Contribute to internal and external technical resources such as documentation, notebooks, and design patterns to scale knowledge and capabilities across teams
