Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ideation & Execution – Design and launch multi-step campaigns targeting defined account segments, leveraging channels like email, social, direct mail, and innovative approaches
  • Automation & Data Infrastructure – Build, manage, and optimize workflows that enrich and segment prospect data, trigger personalized outreach at scale, and integrate with CRM and marketing platforms
  • Testing & Optimization – Continuously run structured A/B tests on messaging, channels, cadence, and offers; use performance insights to iterate rapidly and improve pipeline results
  • Experimentation & Innovation – Continuously test new ideas, methods, and tools to reach prospects more effectively, including unconventional strategies and creative experiments
  • Tech Evaluation & Adoption – Stay at the forefront of GTM and AI technologies (e.g., Clay, UserGems, HubSpot’s AI suite, Reachdesk), evaluate, and adopt new tools to enhance campaign performance and scalability
  • Reporting & Insights – Measure and report campaign impact on pipeline generation, sales-accepted opportunities, and ROI; provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams
