Responsibilities
- 既存サービスのグロース戦略立案と推進・既存のPayPay加盟店向けサービス（例：PayPayマイストアライトプラン、クーポン、スタンプ、早期振込サービスなど）の利用率と満足度を高めるための戦略を立案し、AIを活用した成長施策をリード。
- AIを活用して利用状況をセグメント分析し、加盟店ごとの行動パターンを可視化。個別最適化された施策提案（リテンション施策、アップセル戦略）を推進。
- データドリブンな課題発見と改善提案・SQLやBIツールに加え、機械学習モデルや生成AIを用いたデータ分析・仮説検証をリード。「なぜ使われないのか？」「どうすれば続けて使ってもらえるか？」をデータで深掘りし、加盟店体験を数値で最適化。NPS分析やテキストマイニングによる改善提案も歓迎。
- PayPay for BusinessアプリのUX改善リード・加盟店が直感的に使えるよう、UI/UXの課題をAIツール（例：ユーザ行動ログ解析、ヒートマップAI分析）を活用して定量的に抽出。デザインチームと協働し、UX改善提案→A/Bテスト→本番リリースまでのサイクルを高速で回します。
- 新しいサービス・機能の企画・既存サービスの改善だけでなく、新しい加盟店支援機能（例：AIによる全自動集客機能のような決済や金融に近接した加盟店向け新機能）の企画推進。データサイエンス・AIエンジニアリングチームと協働し、サービスにAI機能を組み込むプロジェクト（プロダクトAI化）を推進。
- 部署横断での協働・実行推進・開発・データサイエンス・マーケティングなどの専門チームと連携し、AI×ビジネス視点でサービスを成長させる中心的存在として活躍。
