Responsibilities
- 既存サービスのグロース戦略立案と推進（PayPayマイストアライトプラン、クーポン、スタンプ、早期振込サービスなどの利用率・満足度向上のためのAI活用成長施策リード）
- AIを活用した利用状況のセグメント分析と加盟店ごとの行動パターン可視化、個別最適化された施策提案（リテンション施策、アップセル戦略）の推進
- データドリブンな課題発見と改善提案（SQL/BIツール、機械学習モデル、生成AIを用いた分析・仮説検証、NPS分析、テキストマイニング）
- PayPay for BusinessアプリのUX改善リード（AIツール活用の課題抽出、デザインチーム協働、A/Bテスト、本番リリースサイクル）
- 新しいサービス・機能の企画（AIによる全自動集客機能などの新規加盟店支援機能、プロダクトAI化プロジェクトの推進）
- 部署横断での協働・実行推進（開発・データサイエンス・マーケティングチームとの連携、AI×ビジネス視点でのサービス成長）
