ChowNow is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to join the executive team and contribute to the company’s strategic direction. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the business, working on critical strategic questions and driving impactful initiatives. The role involves collaborating with various teams, from Sales and Marketing to Product & CX, and requires a blend of analytical skills, action-oriented thinking, and a passion for supporting independent restaurants.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience as a consultant is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Restaurant Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding and appreciation for the restaurant industry and the importance of local restaurants.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the executive team to define the company’s long-term vision, strategic priorities, and growth roadmap.
  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from opportunity sizing to execution, including new market entry, category expansion, monetization, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing, CX).
  • Identify and size strategic opportunities.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of ChowNow.
