Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in defining analytics and experimentation roadmaps and identifying growth opportunities within a tech company, particularly across Product, Engineering, Revenue, Design, and Lifecycle teams. They should have deep knowledge of A/B testing statistics and experimentation end-to-end design, along with proficiency in Python programming for developing advanced analytics solutions and automation scripts. Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data analysis/visualization tools like Hex is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst, Growth will conduct in-depth analyses, own experimentation from end to end, develop event tracking plans, and deliver impactful reports to measure the effectiveness of features. They will partner with cross-functional teams to define analytics and experimentation roadmaps, design and analyze A/B tests, develop robust measurement plans, identify patterns and develop scalable insights, lead cross-functional initiatives related to data governance and experimentation, and ensure analytics outputs are accurate and aligned with Calendly’s business goals. Furthermore, they will represent growth levers and business objectives in cross-functional planning and strategy discussions, applying statistical methods to uncover insights related to growth, and synthesize behavioral, marketing, and CRM data to understand customer journeys and growth barriers.
