Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in business management or a related field and at least 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a demonstrated history of over-performance. Experience in FinTech and/or as a Sales Engineer for 3+ years is highly desired, along with recent solutions sales experience within a financial services vendor, fintech, SaaS, consulting, or other financial services related company, preferably with a marketing discipline.
The Growth Solutions Consultant will drive revenue goals by engaging with existing top accounts and new business prospects within the financial institution sector. They will interact with senior marketing, line of business, and data/IT decision-makers to understand needs and align them with Vericast solutions. The role involves carrying a sales quota, delivering marketing, deposit & loan acquisition, and other engagement solutions, and partnering with internal teams to develop account engagement plans and lead sales opportunities. Responsibilities include prospecting, performing value analyses, delivering the Vericast value proposition, identifying client cost and value drivers, engaging in strategic marketing planning, discovering un-met client needs, leading proposal efforts, and monitoring the achievement of strategic, financial, and operational benefits of implemented solutions.
